Ordering from Knitters Halt is easy, you are free to browse the site and if you see something you would like to buy just add to the contact page , you are able to order as much or as little as you require. Once you have finished shopping please check you have added everything to the contact page message block and send it over to me.
Once received and the order processed I will e-mail you an invoice , please check the order is correct and then pay on the invoice by Paypal ( using your credit/debit card), you do not need a paypal account to pay this way. ALL INFORMATION YOU ENTER WILL BE PROTECTED.
The garment displayed may not be the shade you receive , yarn shades change often and if you see something you like at present it is possible that the exact shade may not be available but I will offer as close a match as possible.
Prices are based on the yarn used and how long it takes to make up the garment.
If paying by cheque or postal order goods will be despatched on clearance of funds by the bank.
Items will be posted out to you via Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery once I have been notified by paypal that the cost of the order has been paid.

All deliveries will be sent by recorded delivery, peace of mind as free insurance is included with this service. If you live locally you are quite welcome to visit my home and view . RETURNS
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act, you may return the goods to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods in perfect re-saleable condition, with original packaging and receipt/invoice, for a full refund. You must inform us in writing of your wish to return the item. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If the goods are faulty or not what you ordered, then please return them, in original packaging and with receipt/invoice. If you return goods please ensure that you have packed them securely. We will not be responsible for any damage or goods that get lost in the post and recommend you use recorded delivery.
