All Knitters Halt knitwear is individually hand knitted.

I try to provide an accurate description of my products but sometimes shades are not exactly as shown .

Requests for any of my garments in an alternate colour is possible .

I recommend you always measure before ordering if at all possible.

It is your responsibility to order the correct sizes.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change either through material costs or postage and packaging.

Delivery charges are extra to the cost of the garment.

Goods that are found to be damaged in transit will be refunded by knitters Halt and all costs incurred also refunded .I ask you to inform me immediately on receipt of the goods.

Please return all appropriate paperwork and the original packaging .

Please use recorded delivery for all returns as I will not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post if this is not done.
